The Studio

Hidden Track Studios is an intimate, fully professional recording studio, nestling in the old high street in Folkestone. The studio is within a minute's walk from many different restaurants, cafes, convenient stores, etc. Right next to the studio is a large car park, which is very reasonably priced for 12 hour stays. The studio features a live room, control room, kitchen/dining area, lobby and w.c. Benefits of the spaces at Hidden Track Studios are; Tempered fresh air is delivered to both control room and live room. The rooms can be chilled or heated as you desire, to make sure you are comfortable throughout the recording and mixing process. Natural daylight in both rooms and a large viewing window between control room and live room provide for excellent visual communication. Fantastic isolation, attained by fully floating rooms. Both rooms were exhaustively tested in the design stage and after building for their acoustic performance. The rooms were then treated with custom acoustic treatments to make sure they both functioned well across the frequency range. The end results are a bright and tight live room, great for all instruments and a flat and neutral control room, perfect for critical listening.
